Google will turn mobile phones into wallets

The company's CEO, Eric Schmidt, showed a device with Android, incorporating Near Field Communication technology. It is rumored that Google would take its second phone for sell.

Google had no immediate plans to develop any of its own mobile applications to take advantage of this kind of payment capacity, but Schmidt hoped other companies would do so.
