MORE THAN 250 IDEAS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE 2nd. CALL
More wise ideas, more innovative projects
After the close of the second call to submit ideas for projects that aim to use innovative technologies to allow low-income individuals in Latin America and the Caribbean better access to financial services, 253 proposals were received through www.tec-in.org.
During this second call, 823 users registered on the the Program's digital platform, reaffirming the thematic community that had already been consolidated in 2010.
The Technologies for Financial Inclusion Program (MIF + IDB + CAF)'s team wishes to thank such support, which confirms the current interest in this topic as well as the effort and dedication of many organizations to create good new ideas.
A new stage begins now, for the project ideas evaluation by a qualified Selection Committee that will announce the pre-selected shortlist in early September.
More information about the origins and themes of the submitted ideas will be announced soon, as well as the type of service and technology involved.
Visit www.tec-in.org regularly to be informed about the evaluation process and latest news on technologies and financial inclusion, or follow the Program's social networks profiles (Facebook, Twitter and Linked In) to keep updated.
