Five key criteria for the ideas presented to the TEC-IN Program to become replicable projects useful for demanding players.

The Technologies for Financial Inclusion Program (TEC-IN) wishes to incorporate new uses of technology in financial inclusion. Not any of them though, but those that are disruptive in technology, new ways to generate significant changes in financial services for low-income population, as well as uses that are beyond market expectations about technology application. In a few words, it is all about substantially increasing the scale of supply and reduce cost; add new services or customers who could not be part of the business plan before; and to make a leap in the quality of services.
